As part of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Clean
Cities Program, all coalitions nationwide are required to submit an
annual survey to illustrate the progress made to increase the number of
alternative fuel vehicles (AFV) in their region. For the Central Coast
Clean Cities Coalition (C5) our ongoing survey is critical to maintaining DOE "Clean City" designation. The survey information
is also used by DOE to prepare a report to Congress, as required by the
Energy Policy Act, to illustrate the success and benefits this program
provides nationwide. |
| The survey is divided into 4 sections. Please complete all applicable sections. |
For example, if you only have alternative fuel vehicles (AFVs), then you only need to complete the AFV section. If you also have an Onsite Fueling Stations, Fuel Economy Project, and/or Trip Reduction Programs please complete the appropriate section in addition to the AFV section. If you need assistance completing you survey please feel free to contact Melissa Guise at 805-781-4667. Please submit you survey by February 1, 2009.
