The Earth Day Food & Wine Festival was held on Saturday, April 19 from 1pm to 5pm at the Santa Margarita Ranch and featured earth friendly cuisine, sustainably produced wines, live entertainment and educational exhibits highlighting innovative products. C5 was on hand to provide an alternative fuel display with a focus on farm & ranch vehicles as well as agricultural equipment. The display featured pickup trucks and vans powered by LPG, CNG, and electricity as wll as solar- and wind- powered ag pumps and portable power stations.
